Interested in exhibiting work at XYZ?
Our goal at XYZ is to showcase emerging talents and to provide a place for people to exhibit work who may not have access to exhibiting at traditional art institutions. We welcome proposals from people of all backgrounds, whether trained in the arts or self-taught. As Virginia Tech's only student run art gallery, we prioritize proposals from current VT students, but are open to those from past students or from Blacksburg residents. Interested in hosting an event at XYZ?
Are you a member of a student organization looking to host an event in Downtown Blacksburg? Our gallery offers five rooms, each with their own unique qualities. Over the years, we have hosted film screenings, launch events, open mic nights, poetry readings, artist talks, yoga practice, workshops, and more! If you are interested in having an event at XYZ, please contact us at xyzartgallery@gmail.com with your organization name and event proposal at least one month in advance and we will be happy to try and accommodate you! If you are not a member of a student organization and wish to host an event in our space, your are still welcome to contact us with your idea!

XYZ has been the host of a number of music shows of all genres over the past 25 years. If you are a musician or a booking manager and are interested in playing a show at XYZ, please contact us at xyzgallery.music@gmail.com with any music related proposals.
